Why could there be an “extra cost” from the franchisee for my valet?

We provide a quote over the phone based on the information you have provided. Unless you tell us differently we assume the vehicle is in a normal condition & has previously been regularly cleaned. Our franchisees will only charge extra if the car is excessively dirty or an extra service is needed that is not included in the package description.

How long does the car wax last on my car?

We use liquid carnauba wax for all of our hand waxing. Carnauba wax provides a deep gloss shine to the painted surfaces that lasts for up to 3 months. However, we do recommend waxing every month for the best finish & protection.

How long does it take for the carpet to dry after shampooing the carpet or upholstery?

This will depend on 2 factors - current weather & how dirty the carpet or upholstery was. Everything takes longer to dry in winter. If the carpet or upholstery is super dirty then it may need to be shampooed multiple times which adds an extra layer of moisture - therefore taking longer to dry.We recommend that you air the car as much as possible after shampooing.

Will shampooing remove all the stains on the fabric seats & carpet?

We cannot guarantee this - there are so many factors that can affect the end result- eg, Where has the stain come from? How long have the stains been sitting on the carpet/fabric? Has the stain baked/dried into the fibre of the carpet/fabric? Has the substance of the stain soaked into the foam under the carpet? Those are the most common factors that can affect shampooing results. However, to date, we have managed to remvove the vast majority of stains from customers carpets & upholstery & will continue to do everything we can to get the best result for you.
